Vikings Go To Hell Slot Review
The Casino Queen’s Vikings Go To Hell -slot review will explain to you the most important points about the slot itself. The slot has medium to high volatility with an RTP of 96.1% and a maximum payout potential of around 3 000 times the stake. The execution of the slot looks absolutely stunning, and it has to be said that it has the best intro of any slot we've ever seen!
The stakes range from $0.10 to $125. The slot features four Viking symbols and four Arms symbols, which form a winning combination if three or more symbols line up on a payline, starting from the leftmost position.
Vikings Go To Hell also features a wild symbol that substitutes for all regular symbols, a free spins symbol that pays scattered, and a treasure chest symbol that only appears on the fifth reel.
Vikings Go to Hell is the third video slot in a row in the popular Vikings series, powered by the ingenious and quality Yggdrasil Gaming. This visually stunning slot is packed with features, and literally guarantees one hell of an experience if you decide to take it for a spin.
How To Play Vikings Go To Hell
Every slot has its own unique gameplay, so before you spin the reels and jump into the action, make sure you understand how to place your bets.
- The coin value +/- helps you to adjust the coin size.
- The Max Bet button automatically sets the highest bet the slot allows.
- Spin sets the reels in motion.
- The Autoplay option allows the reels to spin automatically without interruption for a selected number of times.
Important knowledge on Vikings Go To Hell -slot review is that this third slot in the Viking series includes improvements to some of the popular features of previous Viking games. The whole slot looks and sounds great. The more you play, the more battles you'll get into.
Features
Vikings Go to Hell sees you battling flaming demons on their turf, and along the way you can win respins, sticky wilds, bonus rounds and a few multipliers, all while collecting rage points that take you straight to the treasure chests.
In the base game's demon battles, when two or more free spins symbols land on the reels, a demon battle is triggered with each Viking symbol on the reels.
Each time a Viking wins a battle, it becomes a wild symbol and 1 rage point from that Viking is added to its rage collection.
Treasure Chests
The Treasure Chest symbol only appears on reel five, and can contain either a Good or Epic tablet. The Good tablet awards 7 spins, 30 rage points to a random Viking and 150-300 coins. The Epic tablet awards 12-16 spins, 30 rage points for a random Viking and 600-1200 coins.
Every time you get 3 or more free spins symbols, you get up to 16 spins. During this feature, you can't collect rage points or turn demons into wilds, but you can fight the Lord of Chains. He has 3 health bars on the reels, but if he manages to hit your Viking 3 times, he dies and the feature continues as long as there are Vikes on the reels.
If the Viking manages to hit him, Lord of Chains loses one health bar and your fighter turns wild. Killing this demon by removing all three health bars will unlock a level 2 free spin mode. This is the same as Berzerk's free spins, where you get to fight Lucifix.
Berzerk Free Spins
Casino Queen’s experts will reveal on this slot review that these spins are our personal favourite! Read a bit more from below.
Once you have collected 100 rage points, the feature will trigger and reward you with 7 spins and round where you fight Lucifix. Each time you hit him, you'll get 2 randomly placed sticky wilds, and if you manage to hit him 3 times, your win for that round will be multiplied by 3.
Rage Collection
Players can collect rage points during the slot game. Rage points are collected on every spin or every time you kill a demon each player receives 50 points for a random Viking at the start of the slot, and you can also win rage points from treasure chests.
When a player accumulates 300 rage points on a single Viking spin, they will receive 7 Berzerk free spins. All new players receive 150 rage points per 1 Viking. The rage points are kept between slot sessions. If a player accumulates 300 rage points or more, they will trigger Berzerk free spins and any points over 300 rage points will be added to their collection at the end of the free spin.
Collecting Rage Points
For every Wild gained in a battle with a regular demon, The Lord of Chains or Lucifix, 1 rage point is awarded. In Berzerk free spins, a Viking in Berzerk mode does not collect rage points during the round.
Players can get 60 rage points for 1 Viking in the base game treasure chestPlayers can get 60 rage points for all 4 Vikings in the base game treasure chest.
Respins are triggered whenever 2 Free Spins symbols land on the reels in the base game. Respins can be retriggered by landing 2 new Free Spin symbols. All wilds on the reels are persistent during re-spins.
Vikings Go To Hell Slot - The Casino Queen’s Verdict
In online slots, visuals mean nothing if the maths and other content is poor. When we first tried this slot game we actually managed to get an 800x win, but since then it has completely drained the balance every single time. So to get anything out of it, the player has to get to the second level bonus, and even if they do, the last boss has to be killed to activate the multiplier, as that's where the best potential lies.
This is a quality slot with many features, and it's likely to keep you busy and interested for a while. However, we soon found that we didn't get much out of it. The chests kept rewarding us with the same old coin wins, the scatter demon fight feature kept rewarding us with wilds that never connected, and bonuses were few and far between.
We have no doubt that Vikings Go To Hell slot is still played a lot today, but to be honest, we don't think the potential is as great as it should be. So in our opinion, the best slots in the series are the two previous performances.
