Bonus features

The bonus game is quite similar to the previous version, though we believe the cost of the bonus buy may be higher due to the increased volatility. Apparently, players will have the option to gamble for a chance at the maximum win if they manage to land five jumping wilds on the reels. It seems the gamble involves either losing 5 free spins or hitting the maximum win. Nolimit City has introduced this concept in several of their games already.

According to what we could find from Nolimit City’s website, Enhancer Cells can randomly reveal either a Wild, Razor Split, or xWays® symbol from the top bar.

Jumping Wilds, familiar from the first version, are also present. In the bonus game, the Wilds can increase multipliers and move around the grid during the bonus round. A new feature in San Quentin 2 is that there can be up to five Wilds instead of just three.

Jumping Wilds

Jumping Wilds move to a random position on the reels with each spin.

If a Jumping Wild lands on a reel with the Razor Split enhancer, its multiplier will be doubled and remain for the rest of the Green Mile Spins. Additionally, it will double all positions on the same row. Any other Jumping Wilds on rows affected by the Split Jumping Wild will also have their multiplier doubled, which will stay active for the duration of the Green Mile Spins. The multiplier for a Jumping Wild is treated as the number of Wilds occupying that position.

The Bonys Symbol

The Bonus symbol can appear on any reel. If 1 or 2 Bonus symbols land during the base game, they will transform into Wilds and activate the Enhancer Cells on their respective reels.

Hitting 3 or more Bonus symbols will trigger the Green Mile Spins feature.

San Quentin 2 Free Fpins – Green Mile Spins

When you land 3, 4, or 5 Bonus symbols, you’ll trigger Green Mile Spins with 1, 2, or 3 starting Jumping Wilds, respectively.

Before the Green Mile Spins begin, players have the option to either draw an additional Jumping Wild or keep the Jumping Wilds they’ve been awarded. The maximum number of Jumping Wilds is 5.

Once Green Mile Spins are triggered, players can either proceed with their awarded Jumping Wilds or gamble for a chance to gain an extra Jumping Wild. This gamble comes with the risk of losing 5 spins, but can boost the number of Jumping Wilds up to the maximum of 5. The number of Jumping Wilds determines how many reels will have active Enhancer Cells:

• 1 Jumping Wild: 3 reels with active Enhancer Cells
• 2 Jumping Wilds: 4 reels with active Enhancer Cells
• 3, 4, or 5 Jumping Wilds: 5 reels with active Enhancer Cells

If you earn a 4th or 5th Jumping Wild, they will start with a x2 multiplier. Upon reaching 5 Jumping Wilds, players are given the choice to risk losing 5 spins for a chance at hitting the Max Win.

At the start of Green Mile Spins, the reels with active Enhancer Cells are chosen randomly and will stay active throughout the feature.

If a Bonus symbol lands on a reel with closed Enhancer Cells, it will open them and turn the Bonus symbol into a Jumping Wild.

Landing 2 to 5 Bonus symbols during the feature will award 3 to 6 extra spins accordingly.

GameX Mechanics

There are three awesome GameX Mechanics used in San Quentin 2 slot. Here’s about them in brief:
